Last year DEL did not release the Appendix 4E until just before 7.30pm EST. Reports to the ASX can be released anytime up to 7.30pm on any particular normal trading day. It is extremely frustrating but they are a Perth based company. MIN released its report earlier this week at 12:19pm EST. TOX (before being taken over by CWY) when they were a listed entity used to report mid afternoon EST.

Who knows when they will report today, suffice to say they have to report otherwise in breach of ASX listing rules. It is frustrating they cannot get their house in order to release the 4E prior to open.
