I was sent a "spec buy" recommendation and supporting information/documentaion from my broker a couple of days after they released their maiden JORC. Wether or not the firm makes it available to AVB im not sure but send me a message and i can foward it to you if you want it.
Not sure if im aloud to copy paste it on HC or not thats all.
On a side note, if you watch the avb price all day every day im sure you will be dissapointed, especially if your trading the stock. I for one am in for the long haul. I got sick of watching us bounce around the 10-11 mark so i booked myself and wife around the world tickets to make it next to impossible to watch my portfolio daily haha. leaving mid april for 12 months..... will check AVB when i get back and no sooner. if its under 20 when i get back im getting rid of it for good...!
