To all newbies to HC or new RSH shareholders in particular - for some reason, from time to time, you get attention from a poster (or two), who, for whatever reason, spreads mis-information. I always want to make my mind up on the facts. The above release states the cash settlement was ‘immaterial’, so it’s probably less than the 1,1250,000 shares they itemise, (he actually paid for) that are now in escrow for 12 months and also there hasn’t been one options exercise to date - the options expire in years to come so I dont see any rush here - 95% of all options normally get exercised just before expiry if they are in the money.
So people like
@Heyniqka spend their time and waste ours with mis-information.
See the actual company announcement that has to be legally correct and not mis-represent anything to shareholders and read it carefully - it’s self explanatory.
Incidentally, I’ve never seen a disgruntled ex- CEO make a positive public statement. Mario has. He was disgruntled with the old board who jumped ship in nov/dec last year and the last one in Feb this year..This issue with Mario happened because he was sacked by the previous board. Not this board - do your own research!! So he has no issue with this board - in fact, (sorry - I’m bring up ‘facts’ again), under the leadership of this board the share price has gone from 7.5c to 16c - so Mario is very very happy because his investment has doubled.

@Heyniqka should know that a core group of shareholders have dealt with the selling of way more than 12m shares over this stocks journey lol - the group would be laughing internally when reading your dillusions - I hope he looks at the last AGM and EGM at the number of votes cast for various resolutions... and dare I say there were many more that could have been cast but there was no point as there were more than enough of the shareholder group that voted.
So when and if Mario wants to exercise and starts selling one day, it’s not a big number and a fraction of what has been mopped up when the last guys were rolled...
Btw - if we get taken, which is what the strategy might be, he’ll never have to exercise anything.
RSH is rock solid and don’t let random posters with rumours and insinuations form any part of your decision making - look at the “facts” and what’s “ACTUALLY’ happened.
