Re Australian LNG Developments PCGROVES, I believe that EWC went fishing with this one, got the rod out and baited it up and are now waiting for any big fish with hugh amounts of gas to take a nibble.
The reason I'm saying this is because there are quite a few companies stating that they intend to build LNG plants at Gladstone, and while EWC don't have the gas to accommodate LNG Plants at Hay and Abbot Points they certainly have the "cheap" LNG trains of 500,000tpa to accommodate any LNG project.
EWC WOULD NOT put the company into any unnecessary debt if they new that they would not be rewarded for it at the end of the day.
Can't see anything happening with Nth Qld for some time if there are no big bites, but at least others have been made aware that they are interested, and thats a start.
