How much debt do you believe FMG will pay down before twiggy steps in and says he is happy with the debt gearing level of our company? (I believe 30% to be safe)
Will we then look at re-mortgaging the debt (with our new Chinese friends at a better rate) out further and start doing smaller debt purchases and have larger dividends with the profits?
We have to take into account that twiggy wont sell his steak in his company but FMG is now a Cash Cow at these prices and he will want his share!
