And that's the million dollar question "why". Why does the market not support RRS when even after one year of ongoing support from Puntland Govt, they still cant fathom the idea that Range is going to deliver the goods.

Have you noticed the deals that Range are entering into, IMO they will take anything? JMO. Which if so, is not good for Puntland, Range and us.
