Re all this backroom infighting( looks like we havent been told the true story) and court proceedings, it p1sses me off that directors of both?, companys would rather spend their limited recources in private bunfights, shareholders interests dont seem to be of any concern at all to these people, and its about time it was, EMS, which looks to have a promising future, may need new management to fulfil these targets, as these old guys are only waiting for god, or heavens above--their SUPER. Get real you people!, we are sick to death of your poor performance!, either get something right, or resign, the PR guys must have given it away as a bad joke
