    Funny you should post that; That scenario jumped to my mind when I heard of the Chinese deal. The commies have learn't capitalism a bit too well especially when it comes to underhand deals. If you think the west has screwed Africa (though I would say the Africans have screwed themselves), wait and see what the Chinese do over there in the coming years.
