Thats a good link i posted earlier.....on page III-2 we have the SWU per centrifuge, and then on III-5 we see that USEC ramped employee numbers from 37 to 295 between 2002 and 2007....its man hours, it always is and has to be, and they were in production mode so they had too, which as far as i can GLE is yet to hit....i wish they would but believing an IAEA doco which says 2020 (which they got from a slx or ge press release) over cold hard facts seems far reaching...seriously a project manager and a rad safety dude...banging my head against a wall just pleading for some common sense.....again, not a hater just a realist....
