    I still think Petrobras with an announcement next week.

    FIRB approval is required for state owned foreign companies which fits into the schedule. I doubt that the deal will be over $219 million (the other reason for FIRB approval), so the pieces fit.

    Add in the coincidental board meeting and I think we have our winner.
