I think RAU management has a case to pressure Comibol to enter into jv, which would be much more desired outcome for us shareholders. Due to the real probability of around $200 million per year revenue generation, Comibol would be happy to pay $35 million to RAU.
rau aren't in a position to do anything other than beg for help otherwise they're dead. they need 150mil which no one will give them and time is running out. this project wont get off the ground until gold is north of us2000 and even then may be unlikely. the grade is too low.
they should take what they can get and return money to shareholders. maybe they'll live to fight another day but up until now they've been pathetic
