from some of the articles posted it seems rau were the ones doing the approaching. as they should if they're on the bones of there arse, but it also weakens their position.

dont be too excited about any expected drilling results. they haven't increased the resource base in the last 5yrs, only the reserves. because the grades are low they have to move as much as possible to reserves to give more certainty otherwise no one will finance the project. which is why its still sitting there.

most of the 35mil spent would be paying for the multiple trips from oz to bolivia via the us. the project has been grading access roads for the last 2yrs with no other development. its been put on care and maintenance as well as having labour issues.

take whatever they can get i think
