    Minera Nueva Vista SA operates in Bolivia since 2005. The company should have started operations in 2008, but labor problems and area community members delayed the project. Yesterday, Vice Minister of Mining Metallurgical Production Development, Freddy Beltran, reported that the shareholders of the Australian company made an offer to the Mining Corporation of Bolivia (Comibol) to work together.
