Giulio Casolo never paid for one of them shares, it was performance rights and such.

Porter won em in that infamous lawsuit that woulda never happened had Giulio done his work right.

They both behaved non professional in the past and their action never brought benefits to the shareholders, just themselfes.

I hope I am wrong though as I still have a few shares left....
