Pardon my ignorance, but given that the newbies now hold 13+% of voting rights, they team up with the other couple of major steak (dairy cow type) holders and sell the rights to sunnywipes & metamiser to one of there mates and leave MDV with nothing but the trace business? IMO, this worries me given the "high" quality of the web site.
If nothing else, having lost a heap of money in this process, which IMO, is close to being a scam, I am leaving my mild mannered self at home and voicing my out rage at the AGM.
