Next time your side will need to use their brains.
You could start by picking a "dear leader" who can set 30-40 minutes aside each morning to read their daily briefings. A 9am start with a strong cup of coffee would do the trick for most. Reflective discussion with another cuppa would normally follow. That's what every other leader does.
