    Suspect there are fundies really dark on CEO and Chairman handling of recent trading performance and communications with them. If that is in fact the case, they will ultimately need to go, dead persons waiting, reputations finished regarding stewardship of shareholder funds.

    This also usually results in unofficially being barred from public market governance roles. Also suspect it would only be lack of immediate replacement options that would be holding back change in near term.
