Finally could they have some positive news on offshore/onshore shortly that would see the SP rise and a deal struck with a second party on a farm in or JV.IMO that is the only way forward on any of these projects, that could be a reason they dont need to raise capital just yet, and it is now around the time for positive news/results to be announced..minerals and oil.
