Initially the EGM was called to sanction another 72 million share placement...but they got cold feet on that...i think the decision was made that if passed it would kill the SP.

How they are going to exist one $1 million I dont know.

They have a spend of $17 million since December

to me the meeting looked like a paddle through...I think they call it an overview.

They have gone away to think of other ways to milk it
