Put a motion to the board seeking Clifford's resignation. I agree Clifford should go and the Board seriously put on notice. It's obscene that Clifford got some incentive shares while destroying shareholder value. No incentives should be so compartmentalized that this is allowed to happen. There must be more than 1 criteria for bonus shares to be given and the overall share performance must be a criteria that overrides all others. So self-funding of Federation appears to be going along with the millions additional spent on exploration. This points to a clear lack of direction and a lack of planning to carry out what was promised. Like I keep saying, "if you don't plan for success you plan for failure", and so once again if we need to raise funds it's a clear statement Clifford doesn't know how to plan for success. Any capital raising at this stage in the companies development is a failure.
