It's obscene that Clifford got some incentive shares while destroying shareholder value. No incentives should be so compartmentalized that this is allowed to happen. There must be more than 1 criteria for bonus shares to be given and the overall share performance must be a criteria that overrides all others. So self-funding of Federation appears to be going along with the millions additional spent on exploration. This points to a clear lack of direction and a lack of planning to carry out what was promised. Like I keep saying, "if you don't plan for success you plan for failure", and so once again if we need to raise funds it's a clear statement Clifford doesn't know how to plan for success. Any capital raising at this stage in the companies development is a failure.
