Beston Global Food Company Ltd (ASX:BFC) (Beston or the Company) requests that trading in the
Company’s securities is suspended, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, pending the release of a funding
and milk supply update announcement.
The Company requests that the suspension remain in place until the earlier of the release of the
announcement or opening of trade on 5 July 2024.
Beston is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted, nor is it aware of any
other information that is necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
This request has been authorised by the Board of BFC.
