CAPE's EGM is set for Tuesday night. At that stage they will know if they can raise more funds so I don't know if that is it.
The only 2 I can think of is....
1..Another competitor putting in a bid
2..Their future earnings report as promised (But would that warrant a trading halt?? I wouldn't have thought so.)
In 2 days we will know....
