Me working in the oil and gas industry as a geologist, you know those figures are just an guidance and the vast majority of Aussie mining or petroleum always go over-budget and feasibility numbers not many companies can stick to those cash costs targets. Every month and every quarter those numbers fluctuate during production. Delays and minor obstacles pushs that figure in real life higher.
The only Aussie companies I can think of that keep those figures low are DRM, NST, RRL, and IGO.
Most companies and including the once market darlings like SLR and EVN have had their AISC go close to the current price of gold, esp why their share prices are reflected.
