IMVHO they either have or are close to having the resources hence only $3M for drilling. I base that on the fact that the general structure of the deposit fold and orientation (called the keel by them) and the fault is known in addition to a long scout drill about 1 Km away and one at 600m. It's in some of the presso's before Warren Hallam left.
The thing is dependent on the Cu price. The $2.54/lb is probably going to be low for the BFS . Others are using $3+. I think $2.80 should be used.
