All share holder should vote to spin off Nifty.
Raise $40 million @8c ( 500million new share).
Enough to keep Nifty afloat for 3yrs plus new drilling,
Hopefully Nifty can find a partner. If it fail no Risk to Mlx.
After spin off Mlx should worth around $280 million,
( 1.4billon share @ 20c).
Nifty will have 140 million share ( 1 for 10 Mlx share),
@ 30c Nifty be worth $42 million with $40million Cash.
this will be the Best return share holder in shortest time.
plus New management will make it work, look at WGX.
All share holder should vote to spin off Nifty. Raise $40...
