Enough to keep Nifty afloat for 3yrs plus new drilling,
Hopefully Nifty can find a partner. If it fail no Risk to Mlx.
After spin off Mlx should worth around $280 million,
( 1.4billon share @ 20c).
Nifty will have 140 million share ( 1 for 10 Mlx share),
@ 30c Nifty be worth $42 million with $40million Cash.
this will be the Best return share holder in shortest time.
plus New management will make it work, look at WGX.
