I don’t know why shareholders have been so suspicious of APAC. They are saying the same thing as most of this board - get rid of nifty.
I think ASIC should investigate the L1 transaction last year. I feel that was an underhanded way to shore up support for the board and defeat APAC’s proposal last year. The SP has since further halved in that time.
