First, can I wish you good luck.

Second, I would tend against buying small caps unless you can afford to lose.

Third, I think it is all a matter of timing. Many companies return to near / not far below their highs, after much maret turmoil. So, CXY had a one year high of .26 and might stand a good chance of reaching the .20's, possibly more, depending on developments.

However, there are always downside risks and it might take months / years to reach there. I have held for 18 months of uselessness in some case, then bang made 200 % in a week. And I have sold a share which then went, bang, and I failed to make.

I also do not think there are clear answers in todays market so I think caution is probably good. (I am a bit of a gambler somtimes).

In retrospect this probably does not help much, but I have now written it so will post it!
