There is no real problem with having stuff in Bengazi.

As I noted on the ADX thread, they should IMHO truck the stuff to Cairo first, possibly with other spares. Then air transport to Tunis via Italy.

My primary hold for this JV is XST and I understand that a bond for $1m or so can only be accessed by ADX on spud. Thus the impact on XST and VIL should be small until the spud happens.

I don't really have a clue but as posted, the prospectivity remains the same.
