The current board has the steering power.

The response can only be in the way of

1)ASIC complaints which can take some time. Again everyone needs to pick up the phone and ring the officers involved at ASIC.

2)launch legal action re validity of the rights and options issues as well as whether these shares can be allowed to vote in the EGM as well as a class action against the current board. I urge all of you to join up.

3)legal action also need to be considered against AS personally as a perfectly reasonable deal crafted by QVT that would see the company removed from a dire situation was sabotaged for personal agendas.

4)anyone who is prepared to sepak to the media needs to contact the media. 4Corners would be a good start. If a documentary is screened a few days before the EGM, it would destroyed the chances of the current board.

5)putting pressure on MO to roll.

6)putting pressure on Siimon Reynolds to not accept the share and options deals.

7)continue to work with QVT re removing the current board.

other than that, you are probably aware that the curent board is still in the driver seat but all suggestions are welcomed.
