    Forlan, these articles are indeed a worry.

    A class action will happen. The question is whether it will happen before the EGM or after.

    Fatman and Robbin' have 2 option:

    (1)Stay and fight (an impossible battle to win)

    or

    (2)Escape abroad (but not for long).
