We are all getting very confused .. that might be the idea! TZ has not given us enough info in either version of Appendix B to know who the shares and options were issued to. I agree that the 1.0m issued and its timing is a bit suspect, but can't we reasonably now assume given the "amended" Appendix B that the further 1.28m shares and options have either not been issued or have subsequently been cancelled? Who these were too we can only guess ....... whether our former Chairman was thus compensated or not wer can only guess! JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH TZ!!!
Bizarre, questionable things going on. I wish the dissidents would give us their side of events!!!!! This is NOT FUNNY anymore!
