Hardmano and Lancelots,
the Appendix 4b has been passed as a required capital raising. HOWEVER, if you go to tzinvestors you will see the email proof between Kemp Strang and John Falconer, where it is discussed that the capital raising is not solely for working capital (as claimed in the Appendix 3b) but is 50% as Sigalla's termination payment.
This cannot and has not been refuted.
Feel free to get (in WRITING ) a denial of this from John Falconer. Please let the rest if us shareholders know the response if you get one, and your methodology in squeezing this blood from a stone.
