As much as I agree with some of your sentiments, in this instance I don't think a response is warranted from management. The problem is it is all heresay as it has come from the media and not directly from the minister. Had the statement said that the minister had informed us that he would decide in two weeks then I would agree with you. But just because Johnny Journalist reports that the minister said something doesn't make it true, unless management have been likewise been informed by the minister, and they have made no statement as to whether that ever occurred.
