    From the latest announcement:

    "
    At this point:
    ? Sundance has concluded in principle the outcomes of the matters discussed with Hanlong in the good faith
    consultation period;
    ? those outcomes are being drafted and documented;
    ? this requires ratification and signature by the parties and includes a requirement for translation into Chinese
    and execution in China;

    Questions that come to mind, WHY would an offer termination require 'ratification' it would require 'execution'.

    Why do we need a signature by both parties to terminate the offer?

    Last but not least, WHAT is to be executed in China and why should we care?

    Sounds promising doesnt it, but then again I have been shot down before.
