In my opinion as SMS number one share holder (Drake) you have gone about this EGM in a way that has alienated the whole share holder base due to the hatred being aired live by emails. In my opinion when dirty laundry is made public it's made as a tool to conquer and destroy. But in doing so, the guys on the fence who have no sides of affiliation on either side of this argument are the ones that you probably will not win over.
When looking for a prop poster, you would be better off in having a supporter who talked civil with humility instead of a poster who is toxic and talks like Hitler one arrogant son of a gun. Summary: How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie is a good start in winning over your voters!
If you were serious in winning this vote to save the company, then next time get better supporters. Because quite frankly, arrogance breeds arrogance and nobody wins. Good luck.
