requisitioning of shareholder meeting

I have been very disgusted by the lack of information provided by this company. Every-time I look at it is seems to be making substantial profits yet each report suggests that the light at the end of the tunnel is in fact an oncoming train.

I am pleased to see someone agrees and that they have requested a meeting of shareholders.

Its overdue and based upon the fact that as a shareholder its almost impossible to get an understanding for what is going on I will at first glance be voting in favour of these proposed resolutions.

We deserve better than 4 meetings a year to direct this company.
