As shareholders we need to get behind the drive by the boys from Intellegent Investor as IMHO we need to have better transparency and disclosure from the board as to the companies intentions re Divs etc. I certainly welcome the move and will be supporting the motions

It does seem extrordinary that only 4 board meetings were held during the course of the year

Does anyone have a feel for the likely outcome of the motions?
