Fully appreciate your experience here... However...

The contractors are not what is being tested here....

The question is whether or not the process can viably produce a barrel of oil...

We know that it works in a lab.

What we don't know is the degree to which it will work in the field.

The key is to establish the cost to produce one barrel of oil...

There is no way to determine this without actually doing it!!!

Therefore this is still a straight out punt on there sucess.
