Where is this Resolution Process at,regarding the UCTL deal, as it is 5 months since announcement and no further news in this regard ?

Also, AGM, Thursday 29th November, seems to be mainly rewarding Directors and consultants, without having achieved RER's main objective, ie., ... UCTL.

... and SP down to .003c

I have voted against most Resolutions as protest.

Dispute with Forbes Oil and Gas Pty Ltd regarding the UCTL Licence

Regal Resources Limited (‘Regal”) (ASX:RER), announces that its 50% owned entity, UCTL Pty Ltd (“UCTL
PL”), has today issued a dispute notice to Forbes Oil and Gas Pty Ltd (“FOG”) in relation to its licence of
the UCTL technologies from FOG (“Licence”).
FOG has sought to terminate the Licence. UCTL PL disputes the validity of the termination, has affirmed
the Licence and has raised a number of issues in the dispute notice regarding the ongoing conduct of FOG
under the Licence.

The Licence provides for a dispute resolution process to be utilised following the issue of a dispute notice
and UCTL PL will now follow that process.

Regal anticipates that it will make a further announcement regarding this matter following the conclusion
of the dispute resolution process.
