It is very interesting both copper exploring companies (RER at DRC, and LRS at peru), that having similar MC, have made announcement around 10.15-10-30am. LRS has gone up 17% and RER down to 1.5% and hasn't fetched any interest to the RER latest commencement of phase 2 drilling cover 5000m (31holes). Does anyone know why market reacted so strongly to LRS?

Highlights
• Drilling equipment has arrived on site at Ilo Estewith drilling to commence immediately.
• Second rig to be mobilised at no extra cost should average drilling rate not exceed 40m per day after the first week
• Ilo Este is a significant Copper Gold Porphyry system with recent rock chip and soil samples showing high anomalous values of up to 8.4%, (announced 29 April 2014).
• 81 rock chip samples ranging from 0.002 % to 0.37 % Cu with an average of 0.15 % Cu excluding three high grade results of 0.82 %, 1.1 % and 8.4 % Cu. 67 soil samples ranging from 0.001 % to 0.31 % Cu with an average of 0.039 % Cu , (announced 29 April 2014)
•Over 560,000 tonnes per annum copper production and 125 billion pounds of copper in

PHASE 2 PROGRAMME HAS COMMENCED AT THE KALONGWE HIGH GRADE Cu-Co PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
The Phase 2 resource drilling programme has commenced at the Kalongwe Project and is progressing well. The first hole, DKAL_DD088 is reported to have intersected in excess of 80m width of visual Cu mineralisation from 108.m
The 5,000m, Phase 2 diamond drilling programme is designed to increase resource confidence, to expandthe deposit and to enable the estimation of a revised, upgraded Mineral Resource estimate.
During the Phase 2 programme Scoping Studies are scheduled to be undertaken to assess the potential
for the development of a low capital cost mining operation at Kalongwe.
The scope of works is expected to include, pit optimisation studies, financial modelling and further metallurgical test work to optimise Heavy Medium Separation (HMS) recoveries of copper and cobalt mineralisation.
The Company will be looking to appoint independent engineering and mining consultants to provide input into the study. The Directors of Regal Resources Limited (ASX: RER) (“Regal” or “the Company”) on behalf of theKalongwe Mining JV are pleased to announce the commencement of a 5,000m (~31 drill holes) diamond
drilling programme at the Kalongwe Project, Katanga Province, DRC.
POSITIVE METALLURGICAL TEST RESULTS FOR KALONGWE HIGH GRADE COPPER/COBALT DEPOSIT HIGHLIGHTS
Results received from a comprehensive metallurgical testwork programme are highly encouraging as they indicate that a saleable copper concentrate could be produced from treating oxide ore from the Kalongwe deposit through a commercial Heavy Media Separation (HMS) and spirals plant.
The aggregate HMS recovery estimate for ROM oxide copper mineralisation is 65.7% with an average product grade of 20.1% Cu.
Material from the near surface, high grade cobalt zone was not included in the testwork programme but HMS average recovery estimates of cobalt from mixed Cu Co mineralised zones was reported as 58.9% with a product grade of 2.2% Co
