It is not outdated.
The Fujitsu ReRAM product was jointly developed with Nuvoton Technology Corporation Japan (former Panasonic Semiconductor Solutions Co., Ltd.). And the use-case they have listed seems small which was surprising to me.
On the other hand Samsung appears to have moved on from ReRam and they are going with MRAM instead.
