Gus, so if someone says that picture is bleak and stock would go down he is immediately labeled "downramper" but when someone says the only way is up it's not ramping.
SIR was just luck, how many stocks go from 25 to 5 and then disappear or remain dogs? To be sure that every such stock would shine again isn't quite right - it may or may not.
SIR looks exhausted on the weekly to me however almost right on the support and IMO unless the company continues to provide good news it won't stay that high. It won't probably go as low as 5c either but everything is possible. PDN for example went from 2c to $8 and now back sub-dollar.
