Love the line in your post - "I'm very nervous and have no fingernails...." I'm still laughing as I type this.

Here's the cure for your nervous, nail biting dilemma. It's called Knowledge.

Detailed knowledge of a companies business, is what's going to get investors through the hard patches.

Getting throught great times is easy, everyone's happy when the suns shining. As soon as the grey clouds filled with wind and run come to test an investor, they buckle and throw in the towel. Not having the tools (knowledge) to ride out the rough times, knowing their investment is rock solid.

Learn as much as you can about your investments. So when you hit the wall, you'll smash through it, and keep progressing forward.
