    We're still technically in a bear hug with Programmed Maintenance. Their take-over offer wasn't end dated, SKE board rejected the offer as under-valued, PRG responded to justify the valuation but neither increased their offer nor formally withdrew it. Until the offer is off the table the share price will drift in limbo not too far from the offer price. Nobody wants to pay $1.50 per share and then suddenly find the offer is to go ahead at $1.38.
