It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out that an offer is $1.38 is not only laughable, but insulting to anyone's intelligence. Basic math's alone would have SKE worth at least twice what it is trading at now. No wonder why no offer has been accepted at that price. So unless someone is willing to be realistic and offer something in the realm of reality. Then SKE will not be taken over and will move higher in time. And those that wanted to buy out the stock. Will miss an opportunity or have to pay a lot more than they could get it for now.
