Hi Matthew. Thanks for the opportunity. My question is admittedly broad but I would argue still of value. Put simply, I'm curious to know what responsibility management take for past issues, what they learned, and what are they doing differently now (not intentions, but actions).

I felt management were blame softening and shifting in the Crux interviews last year, and I'm curious to know if I'm incorrectly jumping at conclusions.
