wouldn’t agree they’re doing nothing as valid costs for lease & site.
also, while agreed they’ll need to raise soon, unsure why MQ would’ve got some stock on market 1.7-1.9 if there was a 1c raise coming, so yeah will need more $ but could easily be at higher price post funding announced. Also, it may be to sophs only or insto only (last thing we want is a drawn out spp).
