Thanks for pointing few related party spending.
Now the question is why Mr Q who is lawyer by profession, me thinks, is not doing legal services to WWI as part of his job and directorship but through external entity for additional cost to WWI. Amazing staff, what a job being director in small ASX company. No duties, no obligation, good salary and every task is sourced externally
